The RSG drive unit has been designed to reduce the amount of water and contaminates near the bearing and gear to prolong the life of the column or bridge supported drive.

Our CM (column mounted) series drives include standard features like:

NEMA 4X stainless steel control panel featuring an VFD for speed control, disconnect, alarm, and reset.
Load cell overload protection with a digital strain gauge display in the control panel, capable of sending a 4-20 mA single.
Three-stage coating system with the final coat being a UV protect polyurethane.

BM (bridge mounted) series drives standards include:

Load cell overload protection with a digital strain gauge display in the control panel, capable of sending a 4-20 mA single.
NEMA 4X stainless steel panel containing the digital strain gauge display (a control panel with an VFD can be supplied as an optional adder)
Three-stage coating system with the final coat being a UV protect polyurethane.

All Clarifier & Thickener Drives also include a standard 2-year warranty, which also covers the motor.
