Sentry Saf-T-Vise chamical injection quills monitor corrosion and provide an intuitive user experience and the ability to customize their configuration.

The quills are versatile and can operate in both directions to inject chemicals or take a samples from pipelines.

Sentry Saf-T-Vise quills offer ease of use and custom configuration for maximum versatility. The Saf-T-Vises patented locking collet is simple to use and enhances operator safety by safely securing the shaft within the process stream in both low and extremely high pressure conditions. The quills are versatile and can be configured either to inject chemicals into or take a sample from within a pressurized process such as a pipeline.

To avoid corrosion and equipment damage and enable accurate monitoring, Saf-T-Vise comes with a materials certification and test summary.
The Sentry Saf-T-Vise quills can mount in any orientation at various extension lengths up to 20 feet to reach locations that are difficult to access.
Components are tested at safety pressure 1.5x the operating pressure. This validation feature assures compliance with PHMSA regulations and NACE standards.
With a wide range of pressure ratings available, Saf-T-Vise quills are the optimall choice for monitoring and protecting most pressurized applications.
Saf-T-Vise4 quills are hand insertable (low pressure) or mechanically insertable (high pressure) into your pressurized system.
