Contact UsThe Sentry Saf-T-Vise coupon holder handles small pieces of various materials and exposes them to the process stream for corrosion monitoring. The coupon holders work with a variety of corrosion coupons, including rod (cylinder), flat single and dual hole, and disk, to measure corrosion within a high-pressure pipeline.
Along with the ability to customize your configuration, these corrosion coupon holders offer a unique, patented safety feature: an easy-to-use collet that locks within the process stream in both low and extremely high-pressure conditions.
- Saf-T-Vise coupon holders protect operator safety by offering mechanical insertion capability in-high pressure process streams.
- The coupon holders can mount in any orientation at a variety of extension lengths up to 20 feet to reach locations that are difficult to access.
- The components are tested at safety pressure 1.5x the operating pressure to comply with PHMSA regulations and NACE standards.
- Process pressure bleeder valve
- Integrated safety cap or chain, depending on model
- Deisgned and manufactured in accordance with ASME B31.3
- Canadian Registration Number available for most models
- Process wetted components comply with NACE MR0175/2009 and are suitable for service in hydrogen sulfide (H2S) environments
